This directory is for the headshots facility.
To add a headshot, use the people search facility
to find your profile and then upload a headshot.

Note that the image files in this directory are
not under CVS.

This directory should be of mode
drwxrwxrwt   3 www      webmastr      512 Jan 22 12:42 ./

So, do 
  chmod a+rwx .
  chmod u+t .

So that the perms are like that of the /tmp directory.

Files in this directory will be owned by the apache user.
